Terms and conditions for private individuals

Payment terms :
We offer payment by card or Klarna.

Delivery terms : All orders over 199 SEK are free of charge. For orders under this amount, we charge a fee of 79 SEK. Delivery to agents is via Schenker.

Delivery time : 1–2 business days.

Unclaimed packages : An agent will hold the package for 7 days before returning it to us. For unclaimed packages with a value of less than SEK 500, we will deduct SEK 195 from your refund, for unclaimed packages with a value of more than SEK 500, we will deduct SEK 395 from your refund to cover any costs incurred.

Complaints : If you have a complaint about your product, please contact us as soon as possible at cai@cai.se, attach your order number, name and product number and what the fault is.

Terms and conditions for corporate orders:

Payment terms :
30 days net or cash on delivery. Standard credit checks apply.

Terms of delivery : The seller reserves the right of ownership of the goods sold until full payment has been made. Unless otherwise stated, the order will be distributed via our contracted supplier.

Delivery time : 2–5 working days for in-stock products. Other by agreement.

Backorders : Items that are temporarily out of stock are listed as backorders and delivered as soon as possible. Backorders under 200 SEK are not listed.

Complaints : NOTE! Visible damage must be noted on the shipping bill immediately upon receipt. This and other damage or complaints must be reported to Cai AB no later than 7 days after receipt by telephone at 0370-418 00.
Returns of goods are only accepted after contact with Cai AB and according to Cai AB's return shipping directive.
