Socks for all occasions - directly from Småland

In Hånger, in the deepest part of Småland, we at Cai have been designing and developing socks since 1946. In our collection you will find everything from comfortable socks for parties and everyday wear to durable socks in flexible materials for hard work and tough outdoor activities. We also have private brands for retail and profile companies.

Over 75 years of knowledge and experience allow us to manufacture world-class socks. Thanks to carefully crafted material development, we can develop exciting solutions for the best form and function. For us, it has always been natural to produce products in genuine materials with high quality. In this way, we have preserved the tradition and knowledge of the special Nordic conditions.

Our socks are manufactured in Sweden or the Baltics.

We strive for close and long-term relationships where the customer's needs and wishes are always in focus. The geographical proximity and long experience mean that we can find working solutions in close dialogue.

We are the small company with great authenticity and where personality runs like a common thread all the way to the end consumer. The privilege of manufacturing unique socks in top quality for everyone is a great honor for us.

Material selection in our products

The choice of clothing closest to the body is crucial to maintaining an even temperature where heat is preserved, while moisture and excess heat can be transported away. At Cai, we have a wide range of socks in both natural and modern materials to cover several different needs and areas of use.

Quality since 1946

Cai AB was founded in 1946 by Carl-Axel Inganäs. Using genuine, high-class materials, he began manufacturing quality products in Hånger, Småland. Much of the traditional manufacturing is still alive at Cai today, although much has been improved thanks to modernization and a clearer user focus.

When his son Björn took over ownership in the 1970s, the goal was to meet the demands of users even more. In the early 1980s, a new, more modern factory was built where knowledge and experience became a successful mix together with new machines. In the late 1980s, with the decline in the textile industry, Cai was forced to make a big decision for the future. They then began importing to supplement their own production (initially, underwear was imported). Import operations increased and a close-to-the-body concept was developed, which thus became a natural part of Cai's range.

Bästa strumporna!

Fullkomligen älskar dessa strumpor!! Hållbara, fina mönster. Vi är en vasaloppsåkande familj och Bengt och Lotta strumpor är sedan länge ett ”pris” vid målgång, sommar som vinter. Önskar dock fler låga strumpor till sommaren.
